What to expect 

1. Choose your favorite fragrances that you want to blend into your candle.  We have over 100 fragrances to choose from.  You can pick one or as many as you would like to blend together to make your favorite scent combination

2. Blend your fragrances together until you get it just the way you like it.  Don't worry, we are here to help you through the whole process

3. Mix your perfected fragrance into the candle wax

4. Pour you wax into the vessel

5. Make your personalized label to go on your candle 

6. Your candle needs to cool for 2 hours

7. Take your candle home and enjoy your custom scented candle

Frequently asked questions

• What is the cancellation policy? 

  Reservations made within 48 hours of the scheduled class do not qualify for a refund. We offer guests full refunds for cancellations made at least 48 hours (2 days) prior to their scheduled workshop. If a guest needs to cancel within 48 hours (2 days) of their booked class or does not make it to their class on time, a refund will not be issued. Instead, we will allow a guest, a 1 time reschedule. If a guest fails to call or contact us for a missed reservation (no call, no show) this reservation is automatically forfeited. If a guest is unsure of a reschedule date a credit will be issued. When a customer reschedules or is given a credit, this action automatically makes the reservation ineligible for a refund. Guests are not permitted to reschedule their reservation more than once. A guest must reschedule or use their credit within 3 months of the original time booked. IF A GUEST IS MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE TO A RESERVATION AND FAILS TO CALL TO RESCHEDULE, THE CLASS WILL BE CANCELLED AND NO REFUND ISSUED

• What exactly are the candles made of? 

  Our candles are made with a soy/coconut wax blend and phthalate free fragrance oils. Our oils are FDA approved, cruelty free, and skin safe. 

•  Do the candles have fragrance? Can I make mine without fragrance? 

  Yes — we offer a large variety of fragrances for guests to choose from for their candles. If you’d like your candle to not have any fragrance, that’s okay too! It’s your creation! 

• How much is a class and what’s included? 

  The class is $45.00 per person. The price includes all the materials needed for the class, the vessel and fragrances of your choice, a step-by-step class on how to make your candle, and your finished candle to take home!  

• How big are the classes and how long do they last? 

  Class sizes often vary depending on how many spots are booked. They can be as large as 30 people or as small as 1 person. The class lasts about 45 minutes to an hour, and the candles take another an hour to set enough for guests to take them home. 

• Do I need a reservation or can I just walk in? Reservations are required in Nashville.  Walk ins are welcome in Sevierville You might have to wait a few minutes but we can normally accommodate walk ins.  We recommend booking online to secure your date and time in advance as our classes can book up quickly and months in advance. Bachelorette parties are required to book online in advance and we suggest booking as soon as you know the date and time.  Many weekends are booked as much as a year in advance.

• How big are the candles? 

  Our candles hold about 12 ounces of wax. They have around 60 hours of burn time.
